1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a trip, submitting a deposit, or engaging with Century Holidays, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms formulate a crucial contract between you and Century Holidays.

2. Bookings, Deposits & Payments

To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The specific deposit amount will be communicated prior to booking confirmation.

  • Final payment is globally due 45 days prior to the commencement of travel unless otherwise specified.
  • Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or wire transfer.
  • Prices quoted are based on current exchange rates and tariffs and are subject to change without notice until paid in full.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must submit your request to us in writing. Cancellation fees will apply based on the date we receive your written notification:

  • 60+ Days before departure: Loss of initial deposit.
  • 59 - 30 Days before departure: 50% of total booking cost.
  • 29 - 0 Days before departure: 100% of total booking cost (no refund).

4. Travel Requirements & Passports

It is exclusively the traveler's responsibility to ensure they possess valid passports, visas, and necessary health documentation (such as vaccination certificates) required for travel. Passports must typically be valid for at least six months beyond the completion date of your journey. Century Holidays takes no responsibility for travel disruption or loss of funds caused by missing or incorrect travel documentation.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

Century Holidays acts principally as an agent for airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other third-party vendors. We shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any defect in any vehicle, or through the acts or omissions of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or carrying out the arrangements of the tour. Additionally, we are not liable for incidental disruptions caused by weather, natural disasters, or geopolitical events ("Acts of God").

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly highly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and baggage loss immediately upon booking.
